Hell Part 1

TODAY was the day all P6 students report to their Sec Schools. So, I went to St Pat's. The place is SPRAWLING HUGE. It's definitely bigger than SJI. So anyways, we went to the canteen to register. ( I got posted to 1E4)My soon-to-be form teacher, Mr Chia Kok Liang was there. During the teacher-and-students session, he just sort of introduced himself and told us the rules and stuff. I just learnt we have to wear a tie EVERY DAY! Yes, EVERY DAY. Lorddamnit. Now I'm gonna get choked to death. And I have to learn girly Home Economics. Now I'm gonna get choked to death, pricked to death and burnt to death. To summarize it: I don't think I'll like school. And what's more, photography is a SECOND CCA. For core CCAs, Daddy and I cut it down to Golf Or English (something) and Debate Society. Golf sounds good to me.

Now for the happy events. Today, I managed to net a blue Nissan March K12. Wahoobie! I also caught a military sarge's Camry and a white E200. Check out my Flickr photostream at http://www.flickr.com/photos/27122949@N08/ soon for the photos.

Got to go now. Oh yeah, I'm going to KL/Sunway Lagoon until 24 December 2008 (Wednesday), so I may not be able to blog. I'll try to get here when I can.

Fall from grace.

THE world, these days it seem, is wilting. Just look around your neighbourhood and watch your gogglebox - prices going north , terrorist attacks, falling stock and currency values. And don't forget our holey little ozone layer, which is getting balder by the day.

Life isn't any better for me too. Our savings are depleting (Mum has yet to get another deal). And I didn't get into Saint Joseph's Institution. My aggregate was a low 202. To get into SJI, one needs 240. My elder brother got 231 and off it was to SJI for him. (At that time, the cutoff score was 230). We just received the posting results today. I got into Saint Patrick's School. Yep. That no-good gangster-run school with a extremely strict policy AND principal. My only consolation is that I didn't get into the NA or NT stream, also known as the Academic Underworld. St Pat's is notorious for its gangsters, who smoke, drink , cheat , lie, steal , kill and shave twice a day.

Some info I dug from Wikipedia:

"The school socks are compulsory so that there will not be any conflict of students wearing ankle socks.
The school takes personal dressing very seriously from wearing the pants at the waist and the school socks being worn above the ankles.
Hair checks are carried out almost every month in the school and the school follows up on the students to ensure that everyone has a proper haircut.
Students are required to change to their PE attire which consists of a white vest (for lower secondary students) or a black vest (for upper secondary students) and the shorts with the shamrock logo and SPS sewn on it for physical education lessons. The vest has "I love St. Pat's" printed at the back."

It looks like hell ahead for the next four years of my life. I can't wait for polytechnic/JC already.
